Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Investech Hub, we are committed to providing exceptional end-to-end support for startups and businesses. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund and cancellation processes for the professional services we offer, including legal compliance, investment readiness, intellectual property (IPR), CA/CS services, incubation, business advising, and strategic scaling.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. General Policy
- All services offered by Investech Hub are professional consulting, advisory, and compliance-based. Once a service has commenced, efforts, time, and resources are expended.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of service completion and the terms agreed upon in the service agreement or engagement letter.
2. Cancellation by Client
Clients may request to cancel a service under the following conditions:
- Before Service Commencement: If a service is cancelled before any work has commenced or resources have been allocated, a full refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable administrative fees (if specified at the time of engagement).
- After Service Commencement (Partial Completion):
- If a service is cancelled after work has commenced but before full completion, the client will be billed for the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
- Any advance payment exceeding the cost of services rendered will be refunded.
- The calculation of services rendered will be based on:
- Hours spent by our team (if hourly billed).
- Completion of specific milestones or deliverables (if project-based).
- Non-refundable disbursements, third-party fees, or government charges already incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., filing fees, stamp duties, expert consultation fees).
- A portion of the initial payment or a fixed cancellation fee may be non-refundable to cover initial consultations, research, and administrative setup, even if the project is cancelled early. This will be clearly communicated in your service agreement.
- After Service Completion: No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully completed and delivered to the client as per the agreed scope of work.
3. Cancellation by Investech Hub
Investech Hub reserves the right to cancel or terminate a service agreement under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Non-payment of agreed-upon fees.
- Lack of cooperation from the client that prevents the effective delivery of services.
- Violation of any terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.
- Ethical considerations or conflicts of interest that arise during the engagement.
In such cases, Investech Hub will provide written notice to the client. Any refunds will be processed based on the services rendered up to the point of termination, similar to the “After Service Commencement” clause.
4. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation
All requests for cancellation and refunds must be made in writing via email to info@investechhub.com. Please include:
- Your full name and company name.
- The specific service for which you are requesting cancellation.
- The reason for cancellation.
- Any relevant transaction or invoice numbers.
Our team will review your request and respond within [5-7 business days] with details regarding your eligibility for a refund and the calculated amount, if any.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within [10-15 business days] from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment whenever possible, or through a mutually agreed-upon alternative (e.g., bank transfer).
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair resolution.
7. Amendments to Policy
Investech Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
