Payments

Payment terms for service packages, BYOB orders, consultant plans, consultant bookings, subscriptions, discounts, and payment confirmation.

Payment Scope

Payments may apply to fixed packages, BYOB service bundles, consultant subscriptions, startup consultant or investor-connect plans, appointment bookings, government fee components, and other platform-supported offerings.

Pricing

Prices may include service fees, discounted selling prices, package values, government fees, taxes if applicable, gateway charges, or third-party cost references. The amount shown before checkout is the amount the user is asked to confirm for that transaction.

Payment Gateway

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Users must provide accurate payment information and follow the gateway flow. Investech Hub relies on payment confirmation, gateway order IDs, transaction IDs, and verification responses to activate orders or plans.

Order Activation

Orders, subscriptions, packages, or bookings are activated after successful payment confirmation or an admin-approved offline/payment-bypass process where available. If payment succeeds but activation fails, users should contact support with the transaction reference.

Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails, remains pending, or is not verified, the related service, subscription, package, or booking may not activate. Any amount debited by a bank or gateway but not confirmed to Investech Hub may be handled by the payment provider or bank according to their settlement process.

Invoices and Records

Investech Hub may maintain payment references, order records, status logs, and confirmation details for support, reporting, and compliance. Users should keep payment receipts and references for future communication.
