CA SUNIL GARG qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1992 with the First Division. He has been practising in Taxation, Auditing, Advisory services, Risk Management, cross-border transactions, International Taxation and Managerial services for the last 30 years having a Corporate office in Gurugram and offices in Delhi & Faridabad.

Mr Garg is a renowned speaker & writer on various issues related to taxation. He presents his views on various National News Channels including Zee Business, Rajya Sabha TV, News X, CNBC AAWAZ, NEWZ 18 & ZEE NEWS. Mr Garg is regularly participating in the tax special Show ”Money Guru” on Zee Business and Tax mantra on ET-now News Channel as TAX EXPERT. He has presented over 500 webinars/seminars/tax shows on various tax and economic issues.
His articles and viewpoints on taxation and economic matters are being published in various National and Online magazines. He has presented papers & articles on various tedious issues in Taxation like Succession Planning , Taxation of Private & Charitable Trust , BEPS and its impact in taxation system of various countries & Taxation of joint development agreement and Capital Gain Transactions .

Mr. Garg is associated with various industrial and professional bodies like the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Faridabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Laghu Udyog Bharti etc . He is also member of governing bodies of many educational and social bodies.
Contribution Towards Profession :
Mr garg is very keen to develop skill amongst young professionals. He along with very senior professionals has established a knowledge platform , which organizes Seminars, Group discussions, Presentations on various topics relating not only to Taxation and corporate laws but also on other Civil and Commercial laws like Arbitration, FEMA, PMLA, Contract Act etc , where young professionals are invited to participate as a speaker also . The platform has organized a webathon for Decoding Income Tax law comprising of 50 webinars
wherein eminent tax experts of the country participated to decode whole income tax and allied laws. Mr Garg has been appointed as a special invitee to Direct Tax Committee of ICAI by the present council.
