By accessing or using Investech Hub, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to visitors, startups, investors, consultants, admin users, sub-admin users, and any person using the platform on behalf of an organization.
Platform Purpose
Investech Hub provides a connected workspace for startup execution, service packages, BYOB service bundles, investor discovery, consultant access, government scheme discovery, blogs, podcasts, order tracking, comments, milestones, notifications, and related operational workflows.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, maintain secure login credentials, use the platform for lawful business purposes, and avoid submitting false, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. Users are responsible for the documents, profile details, business information, payment information, messages, and service instructions they submit.
Account and Profile Review
Some accounts, profiles, blogs, services, orders, consultant bookings, directory access, or connection requests may require review, approval, or administrative action before they are visible or usable. Investech Hub may restrict, suspend, or remove access if platform rules are violated or information appears inaccurate, unsafe, or unlawful.
Services and Packages
Services, packages, consultant plans, and BYOB bundles may include scope details, pricing, timelines, government fees, deliverables, checklists, and progress updates. Final execution depends on user cooperation, document availability, payment confirmation, third-party systems, government processing, and admin workflow updates.
Intellectual Property
Investech Hub branding, layouts, software, workflows, content, and platform materials belong to Investech Hub or its licensors. Users retain responsibility for content they submit but grant Investech Hub permission to process that content for platform operations, support, publishing, service delivery, and account management.
Limitation of Liability
Investech Hub works to provide reliable platform access and execution support, but it does not guarantee funding, investment, government approvals, third-party decisions, business outcomes, or uninterrupted service availability. To the extent permitted by law, Investech Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from platform use.
Changes to Terms
Investech Hub may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
