Investech Hub manages service delivery through orders, package scopes, BYOB selections, assigned admins or sub-admins, service tasks, milestones, comments, checklists, notifications, and email updates. The exact process depends on the selected service or package.
Client Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate details, required documents, approvals, feedback, and timely responses. Delays caused by missing documents, incorrect information, non-response, unclear requirements, or changed instructions may extend delivery timelines.
Timelines
Published timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual timelines may depend on document readiness, government portals, third-party vendors, consultant schedules, payment confirmation, review cycles, and external processing delays.
Status Updates
Order status may include pending, in progress, on hold, completed, or other platform-defined states. Admins and sub-admins may update tasks, comments, and progress so users can track work from the dashboard.
Government and Third-Party Work
For services involving government filings, registrations, approvals, payment gateways, external platforms, consultants, or vendors, Investech Hub can support execution but does not control final decisions, external downtime, rejections, processing speed, or policy changes by third parties.
Completion
A service may be marked completed when the defined deliverable, filing, document, consultation, report, milestone, or agreed support activity has been provided or made available through the platform or official communication channel.
